Reporting to the Project Manager, the Accelerated Teaching and Learning (ATL) Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of the Accelerated Teaching and Learning component in the SAGE Component of TEACH project, targeting marginalized adolescent across 11 districts.

The individual
Desired skills and competencies
- A Degree in Education or any Social Science
- A diploma or post graduate qualification in Primary Education or Infant Education is an added advantage
- Proven experience in non-formal education and accelerated teaching and learning.
- Excellent networking and partnership building skills
- Research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Promotes high quality non-formal education programs
