Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of ACCOUNTS CLERK (GRADE 6).

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a National Diploma in Accounting from a recognized institution;
  • Clean class 4 Drivers Licence.
  • At least two years relevant work experience in the public sector.
  • A clean record of service.

Duties

  • Assisting in accounting activities in the Finance Department which include debtors management, payment processing, voucher inspection, receipting and banking, data capturing, petty cash management, updating cash books and any other duties assigned.
