Job Description

A leading organisation is looking for a well qualified candidate to fill the post of Assistant Farm Manager that has arisen in their organisation.

Location of Farm: Kwekwe
Start Date: 1 December 2022.

The ideal candidate should posses the following qualities

Hard worker
Honest
Should be aged between 35 years and 45years
Should have at least a minimum of 5 years experience in horticulture and animal husbandry
Posses leadership skills
Teamplayer

Qualifications

A Diploma or HND in Agriculture with a major in Horticulture from any recognized institution in Zimbabwe.
Should posses a clean class 3 and 2 or 4 driver’s licenses.

Responsibility/ Duties

Assisting the farm manager in the efficient day to day running of the farm.
Selling produce at various markets
Administration duties (Soft HR, Purchasing and Accounting duties)
Planning and implementation of crop rotation.
Any other duties.
