Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Banking Manager position in the Financial Services sector based in Harare.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing Branch Strategy in line with corporate strategy.
Business development to grow Branch Customer base and Market Share.
Growing a profitable Branch loan book through sound Credit/Lending and Risk Management policies and guidelines.
Achievement of Revenue and Profitability targets for the Branch. _
Accomplishing Branch Objectives and targets through sound people management skills.
Compliance with Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and policies.
Crafting and implementing Customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Banking & Finance/Commerce/Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Commercial Banking at Operations, Supervisor or Customer/Client Consultant Level.
IOBZ/IMM Membership/or equivalent.
Knowledge of any Banking Software.
Interpersonal, communication and customer management skills.
