Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR based in Harare, reporting to the COMMERCIAL MANAGER.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to prepare accurate reports;
  • Ability to plan and organise in line with job requirements;
  • Ability to analyse and solve work related problems to achieve the correct outcomes;
  • Ability to execute administrative tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and process Non Fuel Income (NFI) invoices for Commercial and Retail.
  • Prepare NFI schedule for Resellers and Retail sites.
  • Prepare and process utilities and rentals payments.
  • Prepare sales performance dashboards for Retail & Commercial.
  • Process departmental payment requisitions and Corporate Card reconciliations.
  • Compile stock information from Resellers and Retail sites and share with the business.
  • Attend to customers’ requests and enquiries in liaison with the relevant Territory Manager.
  • Monitor and maintain the licence tracker for sites and communicate any issues with the relevant Territory Manager.
