We are currently seeking a dynamic Call Centre Agents to join our team and support a valued client in their lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads, playing a crucial role in driving new business. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospect lists to introduce our client’s products or services.
  • Utilize strong questioning and active listening skills to uncover potential customer needs and qualify leads effectively.
  • Leverage clear and persuasive communication to generate interest and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate records of all call interactions and lead data within the designated CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with the client’s sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Continuously strive to improve lead generation techniques and achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre environment, preferably with a focus on lead generation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with people over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume call environment.
  • A passion for exceeding targets and a commitment to achieving results.
