We are currently seeking a dynamic Call Centre Agents to join our team and support a valued client in their lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads, playing a crucial role in driving new business. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospect lists to introduce our client’s products or services.
- Utilize strong questioning and active listening skills to uncover potential customer needs and qualify leads effectively.
- Leverage clear and persuasive communication to generate interest and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of all call interactions and lead data within the designated CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the client’s sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Continuously strive to improve lead generation techniques and achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre environment, preferably with a focus on lead generation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with people over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume call environment.
- A passion for exceeding targets and a commitment to achieving results.
