Job Description

This role will be based in Bulawayo. Our client is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial CEO for their manufacturing business.

The role would include the following:

Over site of all production, admin and sales functions. (currently the operation has around 80 employees and some admin and technical staff)
Setting targets for production and sales etc. Monitoring costs, and setting of selling prices. Handling customer relations with some 3rd party sales.
Reporting to shareholders on a monthly basis on production as well as financials.

The ideal candidate should:

Have at least 5 years senior management experience in the manufacturing industry.
A degree would be an added advantage.
The person would need to be commercial and practical.
Must be a problem solver with a “Can do” attitude.
