The role – What we expect from you:

• Obtain advance notification of meetings and functions to be served.
• Prepare and serve tea, lunch meals, and beverages to Executives, senior management, and visitors.
• Order adequate stocks and/or provisions for the kitchen.
• Keep an inventory of all kitchen utensils, equipment, food and beverages, and cleaning detergents.
• Maintain good housekeeping and high hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Maintain and securely store kitchen equipment, utensils, cutlery, food, and beverages.
• Request for fumigation services.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:

• Possess a relevant professional qualification in Culinary Arts, Catering, Tourism, and Hospitality Management or similar from a recognized and reputable institution.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the catering industry of which 2 years should have been in a corporate environment.
• Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should be highly organized.
• Have demonstrable time management skills.
