Job Description

Responsibilities

• Cultivating a strong culture in line with the Company’s Vision,Mission and Core values.
• Working to secure partnerships with local businesses that benefit our teams and negotiating deals and rates.
• Be the face of the company at award ceremonies, and lead the team for the Annual Job Fair.
• Developing Budgets and working closely with the finance team.
• Monthly Reporting.
• Assist in making travel arrangements for the company and its clients, locally and internationally.
• Organizing Fun Events for Team members during their Lunch Breaks.
• Organizing weekly and Monthly off-site excursions, to encourage team members socialization, relaxation, recreation and social responsibility.

Requirements

• Must have a FUN, positive, outgoing and charismatic personality, with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to interact with people on all levels.
• Strong communication.
• Ability to think creatively and outside of the box on a high level.
• Self-motivated and ability to take initiative.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize under the pressure of deadlines.
• Efficient in Microsoft Word and Google based programs.
• Similar experience at a Supervisory level is required.
