Job Description

Our Client with interests in the Food Processing Industry is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Chief Operations Officer based in Zimbabwe

Duties

The Chief Operations Officer will optimize the organisation’s operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives.
Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Food Processing Technology or equivalent Qualification
At least 8 years experience 5 of which should be at Senior Managerial level.
International or Regional Experience will be an added advantage
The Person should have excellent interpsersonal skills
