Job Description

Role Profile

Formulate the Compliance Monitoring framework and Compliance Monitoring Plan
Manage Compliance Risk Assessment and Compliance Risk Management Plans (CRMP)s
Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls identified to manage compliance risk
Track business unit actions to mitigate risk and support continuous improvement across the business
Develop Compliance reporting to deliver robust Management Information
Conduct Impact assessment on Compliance Management Information systems
Monitor Prudential and Regulatory thresholds
Formulate and dispense Compliance Training & awareness on Top Compliance matters

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Qualification in Banking, Risk, Auditing, Finance,
or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Compliance Monitoring or a similar role
Post Graduate Qualification in Compliance Management, Compliance Practitioner Certification MBA is an added advantage
Proficiency in Compliance Management tools & MS word & PowerPoint
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
