The Job:

The duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:

Portfolio growth
Evaluation and processing of credit/loan applications
Loan portfolio management
Client relationship management
Maintain knowledge & compliance with applicable lending policy and regulations.

The Person:

A university degree in Commercials, Business Studies, Marketing or related qualification
At least 2 years of experience in SME lending in a microfinance institution
Analytical mind with a clear & demonstrable bias towards numbers
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Dynamic individual who likes to work outdoors
Detail-oriented
Target-oriented
Capacity to work under pressure
