Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for Customer Services Officer positions in the Financial Services sector based in and outside Harare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and marketing the company’s products
  • On-board new and existing clients, loan requests and ensure generation of revenue form interest income and service fees.
  • Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence to assess suitability of potential clients for onboarding.
  • Documenting all client engagement and transaction records electronically and in hard copy for decision-making and reference purposes.
  • Undertake cross selling of products and services.
  • Attend to Client Queries and Complaints among other duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • IOBZ Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Commercial Bank as Personal Banking Consultant, Customer Service Officer with knowledge of bank Telling duties.
  • IMM Membership/ Customer Relationship Institute Membership or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of any Banking Software. a
  • Customer Care and Handling Skills.
