You will be responsible for:

  • The efficient running of the Food and Beverage division in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
  • The Director of Food and Beverage will also ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Food and Beverage Department, the hotel’s outlets, and the implementation of Hyatt’s Operational Strategy throughout the hotel.


  • If you bring a university degree or a hotel management diploma,
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position,
  • An overflowing passion for people
