A new and exciting opportunity exists for an Enterprise Sales Key Account Manager to join our team in Zimbabwe.
The main purpose of this role is to identify and execute opportunities to grow the Enterprise Payment Platform and maintain relationships with existing business to person clients.
The EPP Key Account Manager reports directly to the Enterprise Sales Manager – Zimbabwe, within-country oversight from the Country Manager Zimbabwe. The role is responsible for driving EPP sales in Zimbabwe and managing client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities (Include but is not limited to):
- Generate business to person leads
- Engage potential clients, including giving sales presentations for corporate clients
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to promote business to person sales
- Establish the viability of potential of corporate sales channels
- Promote repeat sales within existing EPP clients
- EPP customer relationship management
- Facilitation liaison between EPP operations teams and In country operations(including redoing new & existing locations for EPP disbursements)
- Increasing EPP order collection percentages and reducing order cancellation
- Facilitate sales and growth targets for EPP
- Ensure sufficient stock of corporate marketing collateral is available
- Custodianship of the Mukuru brand and maintenance of that standard
- Track and advise on competitor activity in the business to person space
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify influencers in clients to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer concerns swiftly and effectively
- Facilitate the registration of Enterprise Payment customers
- Coordinate pay out operations for EPP disbursements
- Drive the licencing and setup of temporary booths as required for EPP disbursements
- Facilitate the resolution of client queries through internal stakeholder engagement
- Supervise in country staff during EPP disbursements
- Assist with the training and development of in-country and regional sales staff
- Curate corporate sales activities and document for regional team
- Compile and maintain reports for the Commercial team
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Sales and Marketing qualification (Desirable)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Knowledge of account management principles
- Knowledge of Mukuru products
- Knowledge of RBZ and compliance regulations
- Knowledge of Mukuru Enterprise Payment Platform
