Job Description
Applicants are invited to fill in the vacant position of Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer that has arisen in our General Insurance Division
Reporting to: The Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating the CEO’s schedule, appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements
- Producing regular and ad-hoc research papers/reports on business development and the market landscape
- Completing all reporting activities accurately and on time
- Acting as a liaison and providing support to the Board of Directors
- Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters of the CEO
- Working closely with the CEO and EXCO team to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Coordinating all executive team meetings and assisting with staff meetings and events as needed
- Evaluating and assisting in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipating future needs as the organization grows
- Providing leadership to all levels of the organization to meet their current and future information needs
Key qualifications, experience & competencies
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in strategic or management consulting
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent graphical presentation skills
- Excellent desktop research skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional analytic and strategic thinking skills
- A high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including board members, senior executives, staff, and business partners
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
- Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- High level of integrity and self-discipline with a strong bias towards execution
