Job Description

Our client, a well-established organization and an industry expert, is looking for a dynamic and versatile Finance Executive to join their team.

The Job Involves (but is not limited to):

Overall management of the finance department.
Preparing monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
Conducting cash management including investment and borrowing decisions.
Reviewing and maintaining the fixed assets register and the capital expenditure budget.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintaining budgets and optimising expenses.
Reviewing and management of creditor and debtor ledgers.
Preparing the Board Pack and Treasury Report.
Reviewing of tax computations and tax payments.
Overseeing of the internal and external audit processes.

Person Specification, Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Qualified CA or can have full ACCA.
A minimum of 5 years in a senior finance management role.
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and their practical application.
Knowledge of Zimbabwe Companies Act and Income Tax Legislation.
Leadership qualities and an excellent team player.
An executor with a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
High degree of responsibility and reliability.
