Job Description

Our client in the Telecoms sector seeks to appoint a Full Stack Developer.


The Full Stack Developer’s objective is to build and maintain the company customer self-service online portals and all related web/mobile activity.


  • Sets section, technical goals (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) within broad outlines provided by Team lead Business Support Systems and Development
  • Analyze online web and mobile technology resource needs, plan and assess the feasibility.
  • Design, develop, test, and operate customer self-service online solutions.
  • Recommends best practice guidelines and standards for the implementation and introduction of the new website and mobile device service technologies, features, and functionalities within the department.
  • Conducts monthly SEO audits to determine web/mobile portal performance, and capacity utilization and takes corrective measures to address anomalies.
  • Implements project goals and objectives for online projects
  • Defines the project scope for both staff and customer self-service portal projects.
  • Drafts software and art asset specifications for existing and new web technologies and submits to Team lead Business Support Systems.
  • Collaborate with the team and develop the project. Ensure the deployment progress and check that it is delivered according to plan.
  • Conducts Preliminary Acceptance Tests internally before deployment.
  • On-going monthly refresh of all Search Engine Optimisation.
  • Review mobile apps and customer self-service online portal analytics and performance.
  • Review competitors’ performance.
  • Update of E-marketing materials on the main brochure website, mobile and self-service customer portals
  • Builds and deploys templates for banners on online portals mentioned previously.
  • Generate and provide web activity reports and analytics as and when needed by marketing/sales.
  • Stay up to date on the web’s latest technologies and make sure the site and its products are always mobile-friendly and multi-platform ready.
  • Design and develop test portals incorporating/using new web technologies and services.
  • Design and develop projects for Marketing that will maximize the online and digital performance of the business.
  • Demonstrate recommendations based on test portals for adoption to the Team Lead System Development.
  • Integrate modern/optimized back-end solutions into existing online portals.
  • Review and redesign all customer self-service portals based on modern trends.
  • Developing and securing a front-end online payment system/solution in line with the business needs.
  • Continually monitor and maintain the customer-facing online payment system to ensure a reliable customer experience.
  • Continually updating this to keep pace with emerging practices, local availability and marketing/sales needs.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Equivalent
  • Web Development Certification / Equivalent
  • Development and implementation of web-related solutions.
  • Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with server-side languages such as C#, Java, PHP, and .Net.
  • JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with photo/image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
