Job Description

Boutique Hotel (Colonial Style- 16 Suites)

Requirements

A business degree, hotel or hospitality management qualification (Highly Beneficial)
Have a minimum of 5-8 years hotel / hospitality experience in a senior position (Essential)-preferably GM/Ass.
Previous experience within a 4-5 * Hospitality Operation of similar stature
Strong financial acumen, strong commercial flair with a sense of entrepreneurship
Assist and manage the requirements necessary for a successful opening of the hotel
Set up service procedures that will ensure guest satisfaction and surpass guest expectations
Broad experience in hotel operations included Rooms, F&B, Admin, Sales & Marketing
A strong and empathetic leader who can communicate effectively with guests, associates, and owners
Guest focused with a service-oriented management style
Be deadline driven and manage projects successfully.
Preference will be given to SA/Zim Citizens
