Job Description

Looking for a GM with strong business & HR management skills particularly in manufacturing for the recycling company.

Reports to: Directors

Has a production manager already in position

Currently – 2 shifts working 5 days a week

Characteristics:

Must have experience in the manufacturing industry
Self starter
Process, production and reports driven
HR capabilities (potential to outsource)
Long term employment

Duties will include but not limited to:

Day to day business management
Management of all employees, shift work etc
Must be able to operate independently
Daily, weekly & monthly reporting
Banking
Sales will be through an established team
Cash flow management
Liaison with production manager regarding shifts, outputs, personal management.
Compiling production reports
Compiling SOPs with production manager for the company to run efficiently
Supply management of consumables
Cover all statutory requirements relevant to the business.
