Job Description

Our client, an organisation in Financial Services servicing the Healthcare Insurance sector is seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to fill the role of General Manager. The individual´s entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist the organisation in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The Person

  • Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Post-graduation qualification – MBA.
  • 5 years´ senior management experience in the Health Insurance Sector is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of different business functions.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with a good work ethic.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
