Job Description

Our client in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a General Manager to join them soon.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities & other subjects of sale.
Determine price schedules & discounts.
Review operational records & reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Wholesale distribution experience in an FMCG environment
Plan & direct staffing, training & performance evaluations to develop & control sales & service programs.

Minimum Requirements

A degree in Supply Chain/Marketing/Business Management/ relevant qualification
At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position
Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
