Job Description

Our client in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a General/Sales Manager to join them soon.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities & other subjects of sale.
• Determine price schedules & discounts.
• Review operational records & reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and secure information on equipment & customer specifications.
• Wholesale and retail experience in an FMCG environment
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Plan & direct staffing, training & performance evaluations to develop & control sales & service programs.

Minimum Requirements :

A degree in Marketing/Business Management/ relevant qualification
At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position
Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
