Graduate Intern – Finance

Job Description

A local organisation in Harare wishes to recruit a Graduate intern with finance or accounting qualification on a fixed contract renewable subject to availability of resources and / or performance. The position is available for someone ready to start immediately.

Duties

• Preparation of payment and purchase requests;
• Petty cash management;
• Filing documents and ensuring all payments are adequately supported;
• Assisting with posting transactions into the system; Stores management;
• Conducting inventory count;
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting / Finance or related field;
• Experience is not a prerequisite but an added advantage;
• Clean class 4 driver’s license;
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft packages;
• Good oral and written communication skills
