Job Description

Graduate Trainee – Marketing

We are looking for a recent graduate or someone about to graduate, to drive our marketing efforts. This posts suits someone that is passionate about working with the Non profit sector and that can work with minimum supervision.

The person will be responsible for:

Overseeing the implementation of a marketing strategy
Conducting research and establishing relationships with existing and potential clients and other stakeholders.
Managing rosters of clients and service providers
Ensuring sales targets are met and reporting on performance
Managing all social media platforms and company website and looking at data analytics
Overseeing digital marketing campaigns
Coordinating internal marketing and organizational culture

The preferred candidate will

Have great communication and networking skills
Have very strong digital and online marketing skills
Have a relevant qualification
Have some relevant experience and proven results
Be adaptable and creative
Be familiar with the development sector
