Job Description
A dynamic organisation in Accounting, Tax and Business Advisory in Zimbabwe seeks to recruit vibrant, and suitably qualified person to undergo a 2 year post graduate program in the following area: CREDIT/LOANS MANAGEMENT
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow a training program that among other duties include the following:
- Client Assessment
- Approve Loans within specified limits
- Reviewing and updating of credit and loan files
- Computing payment schedules
- Negotiating payment arrangements with clients with delinquent loans
- Statutory Compliance Registrations
- Preparation of periodic financial accounts
- Preparation of daily reports
- Disbursements
- Review and analysis of fiscal legislation
- Drafting clients training and education material
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A relevant commercial certificate or diploma, preferably Credit Management, Microfinance, Banking and Finance, relevant professional qualifications
- Previous relevant Experience will be an added advantage

- Energetic, eager to learn, with zeal for success
- Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision
- Good client relations, interpersonal and client care skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound numeracy skills, thorough and attentive to detail

- Good Microsoft Office skills
