The Job:

  • Assisting in recruitment & selection process through shortlisting; setting up interviews in line with the set
  • Gathering, sorting & capturing payroll data
  • Handling payroll queries
  • Maintaining and updating personal records
  • Administering Human Resource policies and procedures
  • Handling employee grievances and complaints
  • Preparing Human Resources related reports
  • Document management; including administering Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC)registrations.

The Person:

  • Human Resources management degree or any related social science degree.
  • Traceable one-year experience as Human Resource Assistant.
  • Hands-on experience & knowledge of Payday payroll will be an added advantage.
  • Extensive experience with Human Resource functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and basic knowledge of labour laws.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be a strong team player.
  • Excellent and demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking & ability to perform well with minimal supervision.
