Principle Accountabilities

Monitors and maintains networks and servers.
Upgrades, installs and configures new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Implements security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
Creates user accounts and performing access control.
Performs diagnostic tests and debugs procedures to optimize computer systems.
Documents processes, backs up and archives data.
Develops data retrieval and recovery procedures.
Provides training and support to end- users.
Designs and implements efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
Keeps up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or related roles
Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, or Mac OS environments.
Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange/Office 365 administration.
Knowledge of IT security best practices, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
Ability to perform backups, disaster recovery, and ensure data integrity.
