Job Description

REPORTING TO: Group Marketing Executive
LOCATION: Harare, Zimbabwe

MAIN PURPOSE

As the Marketing Coordinator for Creamy Inn, you wit be responsible for overseeing and Implementing all marketing initiatives for the brand. Your role will involve managing promotional campaigns, coordinating the deployment of marketing materials, and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing activities. You will work closely with various teams to maintain brand integrity and drive customer engagement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plans and executes marketing campaigns and promotions for Creamy Inn, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Briefs teams on upcoming promotions and monitor their performance to optimize results.
  • Liaises with printers to ensure that all promotions and products are communicated effectively in-store.
  • Stewards all marketing resources, ensuring that collateral Is used efficiently and effectively,
  • Actively recruit and manage corporate customers, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty.
  • Conducts research on current marketing trends, customer needs, and competitor activities In the region.
  • Collaborates with operations teams across the region to plan, brief, execute, and report on marketing Initiatives.
  • Works with managers to coordinate and execute marketing Initiatives for new projects, product changes, and new product launches.
  • Ensures that all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Maintains effective communication within the company to keep all relevant functions informed of marketing objectives and activities,
  • Identifies and capitalize on local sales and marketing opportunities for Creamy Inn.
  • Represents the brand at Corporate Social Responsibility events and other marketing functions.
  • Assists In developing and Implementing a social media strategy that aligns with Simbisa Digital goals.
  • Identifies and recommends relevant Influencers to enhance brand reach.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree In Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven working experience In Marketing or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
