Job Description

A diversified group with five strategic business units seeks an experienced marketing executive to contribute and develop an integrated marketing role of products and services in Harare.

Responsibilities

As a marketing executive you will need to:

Create awareness of and develop the brand you are marketing
Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships
Assist with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in media
Design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
Do digital marketing
Produce creative content
Run social media channels
Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and workshops
Source and secure sponsorship
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
Maintain and update customer database
Conduct market research
Develop relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee and manage the marketing budget
Evaluate and review marketing campaigns
Prepare periodic reports

You will need to have:

Experience in working with start-ups
Design skills

Analytical and strategic thinking

Qualifications
