Khayah Cement Zimbabwe is recruiting to fill the position of MARKETING MANAGER who help establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, brand development & growth, Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration and analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies among other duties.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
Willingness to travel
Established contacts in media
Experience in Public Relations and stakeholder Management

Key Competencies

Strong understanding of building and growing brands.
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
