Job Description

Our client, a fast growing construction company is looking for a Marketing Officer to join their fast growing dynamic team to plan and oversee its marketing activities and campaigns.

Knowledge of relevant techniques and principles in real estate/construction sector is a must.
The candidate should be able to liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
Advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media i.e. prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
The marketing officer will also be responsible for ensuring that all marketing operations are successful and should have great enthusiasm for marketing in real estate/construction sector.
They should be able to conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

The ideal candidate should:

Be a team player with customer oriented approach
Have a degree in marketing or equivalent
Have at least 2 years working experience in a similar role.
