Job Description
We are looking to hire an outbound Sales Consultant for our products and services. You will be required to undertake outbound sales for Google Workspace, VPS Server Hosting and Websites. The target market will be medium to large business, corporates, government and NGOs.

Responsibilities
- Generate outbound leads.
- Meet or exceed sales goals in line with company sales strategy.
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
- Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understand and promote company programs.
- Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintain and manage new and existing clients and their records.
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Provide Market Feedback to management
- Pre-sales, cross-sells, and up-sells to prospective and existing customers .
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing events, creating networking opportunities, and other product evangelism initiatives.
- Providing a sales report for weekly and monthly sales activities
Requirements
- A diploma, degree or professional qualification in sales from a recognized institution.
- Sales experience of at least 4 years in the services or ICT Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Natural ability to project a professional image to the high value target market
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including office software.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

- Working with: The sales team, the hosting team and the digital marketing project manager
