Job Description

Perform an enterprise wide risk analysis and prepare reports that outline identified and ineffective controls that could lead to reputational or financial loss for the business. Support the organisations Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy by completing market and / or industry research that will identify emerging risks and gaps in the current ERM strategy or governance framework by working closely with finance, actuarial, product and support functions.

Perform an enterprise wide risk analysis and prepare reports that outline identified and ineffective controls that could lead to reputational or financial loss for the business
Work with the business to facilitate and guide risk analysis efforts to assess the effectiveness of existing controls.
Participate in group wide ERM related initiatives (e.g. risk assessments) with cross-functional teams to assess, identify, develop and / or implement risk mitigating actions to ensure processes are aligned to the requirements of the organisation’s ERM framework.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the various oversight structures and for business to review the effectiveness of the controls.
Conduct research and analysis on existing and emerging risks in order to understand both the qualitative and quantitative impacts.
Contribute to the development of the training and awareness content for annual attestations.
Ensure adherence to ERM and governance frameworks to increase compliance rates and ensure all internal risk events are recorded & monitored.
