Job Description

A milling company based in Bulawayo is looking for an experienced Production Clerk to join its Production Department and reporting to the Production Manager.

Job Type: Contract
Grade: B3
Salary: ZWL $20, 329 gross/month
Location: Bulawayo

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Calculates and records daily, weekly and monthly production.
Calculates raw materials usage.
Records raw materials receipts
Takes internal order
Orders raw materials
Any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should be in possession of any of the following applicable Degree or Diploma:
- Food Processing Technology;
- Food Science;
- Production Engineering;
- Industrial Manufacturing Engineering.
5 O’Levels including Mathematics.
Must have 2-3 years’ experience in the Food and Beverage sector.
Knowledge of Roff and Buhler milling machines is an added advantage.
Computer literacy is a must.

Successful applicants must have:

Ability to work under pressure and multi task.
Occupational Health and Safety awareness and competency.
