We are looking for a suitably qualified Registered Psychologist

Job Purpose

The Registered Psychologist will provide assistance in creation psychometric tests and their interpretation to aid the organization in talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Participating in the creation of psychometric tests.
• Responsible for test administration by selecting appropriate tests, standardizing the tests to be taken and ensuring that test takers are comfortable for the test.
• Ensure that all ethical elements are considered before tests are administered.
• Improving the administration of psychometric test to candidates.
• Checking psychometric test scores and interpreting results.
• Advising management on all matters pertaining to psychometric tests.

Requirements

• BSc Psychology degree and/or Occupational Psychology degree.
• Advanced qualification in Psychology will be an added advantage.
• Should have a registered psychologist practise certificate.
• Two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the use of computers for Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Exceptional report writing and communication skills;
• High level of personal integrity and a strong work ethic;
• Ability to respect survivor confidentiality.
• Fluency in oral and written English is essential;
