Floorcode Zimbabwe, based in Harare, is a rapidly growing business specialising in high-quality flooring solutions, including branded mats, indoor rugs, and various flooring types for residential and commercial spaces. Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team in Harare as part of their Work-Related Learning programme. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and digital advertising within a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidates will be students currently studying towards a qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a keen interest in social media, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales and marketing team in executing promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Support the development and implementation of social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather insights on customer needs and trends.
• Engage with clients to showcase and promote our range of flooring solutions.
• Help prepare sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Clean Class 4 driver’s licence and ability to commute to the company premises in Harare.
• Possession of a personal computer/laptop for work tasks.
• Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with the Harare market and surrounding areas is a plus.
