Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the post of Sales & Marketing Manager that has arisen at Tano Digital Solutions.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct Company, ICT Product/Service, and Solution presentations to new prospects and existing customers to generate sales leads and opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our ICT solutions through proposals and presentations.
  • Meet sales quota by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through the products and services.
  • Manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions internally and externally.
  • Manage and build relationships at all levels with the designated clients that fall within their portfolio.
  • Develop a good understanding of the organization’s products and services to coordinate pre-sales requirements.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and the business needs of clients.
  • Develop and adapt the role to meet the expectations of future business developments, opportunities, and expansion.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Analyses and monitors the department’s staff competencies and skills levels in specific work areas.
  • Leads and guides the department’s employees’ performance by giving continuous feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree, background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Relevant sales/presales experience in ICT services
  • SAP qualification is an added advantage
  • Have experience selling and managing a variety of accounts across small medium and large organisations.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.

Competencies and Aptitudes

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • High levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
