Job Description

Responsibilities

• Increasing sales of all the products offered by the group through well thought out initiatives.
• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Preparing annual budgets, monitoring performance and managing expenditure.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans and understanding consumer requirements.
• Understanding market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data for reporting.
• Formulating and implementing relationship management strategies aimed at building and maintaining the clientele base.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
• Certificate in Digital Marketing
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience in multiple business sectors is advantageous
• Strong networking skills
• Highly adaptable
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to work under pressure.
