Job Description

We have been retained by our client to facilitate the recruitment and selection of self-driven and competent personnel to fill the vacant position of Sales Officer that has arisen within their organization.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assists the Head Sales in sales activities.
  • Clinches onto the business deals for the organization.
  • Develops and sustains long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Screens, recruits, and trains sales employees.
  • Calls potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answers customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintains an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborates with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Informs product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

JOB RELATED ATTRIBUTES

The ideal incumbent must possess the following minimum qualifications, competences and experience:

  • A Degree in sales or any business related
  • Drivers’ license is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
