Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Sales department.

Job Type: Contract
Grade: C2
Salary: $16,490.20 gross per month
Location: Bulawayo

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs telephone sales calls, including research on existing and potential customers.
• Prepares weekly reports detailing tonnage of products sold.
• Acts as liaison between customer and the company.
• Performs administrative duties, quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts.
• Monitors opposition activities and gives detailed price comparison quotes.
• Handles customer’s complaints by taking corrective action and giving advice.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing or related qualification.
• 5 O’ Level passes including English Language and Maths.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Pastel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sound analytical, problem solving, report writing and customer service skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years working experience in an FMCG environment.
• 25 years and above.
