Sales Representative (Commission-Based) x 2

Job Description

We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. The Sales Representatives will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential clients in Harare and surrounding areas. This role offers excellent earning potential for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, institutions, and individuals, to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our branded mats and indoor rugs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide customised solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to maximise revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management to track performance and progress towards sales targets.
• Represent Floorcode Zimbabwe at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand and generate leads.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Harare and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the designated sales territory.
