Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the positions which have arisen within the school:

1. PUBLICATIONS OFFICER

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Information Technology & Communication.
  • Diploma in Commercial Art.
  • Experience in advertising and digital marketing,
  • IT literate
  • 2 years’ experience in designing publications and marketing.

2. CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Police and Security Studies or any other related degree such as Risk Management
  • Ex-member of the Security services is an add. advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of the national political and socio-economic landscape of Zimbabwe
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.

3. LECTURERS – 2 X GEOLOGY

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelors degree or higher in Geology
  • A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of the Geology landscape of Zimbabwe
  • Superior communication skills in English
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience in the mining industry
  • Advanced research skills

4. LECTURER – MINING

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelors degree or higher in Mining Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of the national political and socio-economic landscape of Zimbabwe.
  • Superior communication skills in English.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience in the mining industry.
  • Advanced Research Skills
  • Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • Blasting licence is an added advantage.

5. GRADUATE TRAINEE — Human Resources

Qualifications and Experience

  • An Honours Degree in Human Resources from a recognized University
  • Upper Second (2.1) Class or better
  • Should be 25 years of age or below
  • Computer literacy
  • A qualification or membership to a recognized Professional institute will be an added advantage
  • Attachment in the Mining Industry an added
