Job Description

HEI is a security solutions company based in Ruwa. Due to growing concerns on security HEI has come on board to alleviate and deter crime in organizations both private and public, residential homes, schools and mines. We are recruiting professionally trained security guards with excellent customer service and security skills to join our team.

Duties expected:

Perform static door operations for a range of city venues
Protect patrons from harm
Check ID, refuse entry where necessary
Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers
Defuse potentially volatile situations and intervene when necessary
Perform first aid when necessary

NB: More responsibilities will be unveiled to shortlisted candidates

You will need:

Physical fitness
Minimum Certificate II in Security Operations
Languages, Local Language and English
Immaculate presentation
Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week
Own transport

Applicants will need to undergo police clearance and referral checks
