Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Solar Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assemble systems according to established guidelines and quality standards.
Conduct pre-installation assessments and prepare installation plans.
Install systems at designated sites, ensuring proper positioning and functionality.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Provide on-site training to end-users on the safe and efficient use.
Collaborate with community members and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to clean energy technologies.

Requirements:

Passion for renewable energy and addressing social and environmental challenges.
Proven experience in solar system installation.
Familiarity with assembling and installing solar panels and related components.
Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuitry, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong technical and mechanical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
