Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Solar Technicians to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble systems according to established guidelines and quality standards.
- Conduct pre-installation assessments and prepare installation plans.
- Install systems at designated sites, ensuring proper positioning and functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide on-site training to end-users on the safe and efficient use.
- Collaborate with community members and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to clean energy technologies.
Requirements:
- Passion for renewable energy and addressing social and environmental challenges.
- Proven experience in solar system installation.
- Familiarity with assembling and installing solar panels and related components.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuitry, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong technical and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to quality standards.
