Job Description

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

The purpose of this job is to:

Provide technical support for all systems managed by customer solutions.
Oversees updates, edits, and revisions of existing curriculum development of new trainings.
Plans the monthly course offering schedule with the Workshop Coordinator.
Directs manages all Workshop Instructors who teach the curriculum.
Assists with the General Workshop Training Course, approve student quizzes, and introduce new users to the space.
Plans and executes larger shop oriented projects to improve shop usability, including custom fabrication projects and spec’ing new equipment.
Coordinates projects across multiple functional areas.
Develops and implement arrangements to prepare, manage, store and obtain acceptance for installation / shop drawings and any required documentation.
Organizes installation risk assessments, developing and implementing installation work method statements incorporating safe working methods.
Coordinates Team Activities Planning to define and document Planning Procedure.
Coordinates Engineering and Site and access Status with relevant project stakeholders.
Leads Planning Process for Creating Project Baseline and Recovery Plans.
Manages procurement, suppliers and sub-contractors in conjunction with supply chain management.
Implements and manage documentation plan and manager risk assessments.
Manages project execution team and plan staff requirements for the project.

JOB RELATED ATTRIBUTES

Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Education, Mechanical Engineering, MBA, Business/Administration, Associates, Business, Technical, Management.
Journeyman Class 1 in Motor Mechanics/DPF a must.
At least five (5) years of experience at senior managerial position.
Driver’s License a must.
Must have a clear background managing workshops and corporate training.
Management and continuous development of risk assessments.
