Job Description

1. TOWN ENGINEER

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
At least 5 years relevant civil engineering experience, two (2) of which could be a management or supervisory level, is required
Relevant experience in a local government environment is an added advantage.
At least 30 years of age
Working knowledge with auto-Cad, CM designer (water & sewer) software packages.
Membership and registration with Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE) a must
A clean Class four(4) drivers‘ license

2. ACCOUNTANT — DEBTORS

Qualifications And Experience

University degree or diploma in Credit Management or related field
Three (3) years’ experience in debt collection
Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and statutes “
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases =
Excellent communication skills
Apt in negotiating and persuading

3. ACCOUNTANT – EXPENDITURE

Qualifications and Experience

An Accounting degree or professional accounting qualification from a recognized institutions.
Applicant should have at least three years’ experience in the field of Accountancy
Membership to a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Exposure to focal authorities accounting systems will be an added advantage
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work effectively, both independently and within a team
Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
